I watch two separate worlds. \u00a0I live in one and watch both.<\/p>\n
One world that I see are the people that choose not to follow God, they would say they don’t believe in God. \u00a0But deep down they know there is a God but they hide this even from themselves. \u00a0Because believing in God means you should follow what he says.<\/p>\n
The less believing part of our world complains that we need change and look to governments, to political parties, to philanthropists, to companies, to agencies or to just about any thing other than God for these “changes” or solutions.<\/p>\n
The more believing part of the world I see around me knows that the solutions we look for will come as we turn to God.<\/p>\n
My wish for the less believing to have more faith is a selfish one. \u00a0I want my financial situation to change. I don’t have much in the way of\u00a0possessions, We don’t own a house, or a car, just a couple of bikes, but I have a wonderful family. \u00a0It’s an amazing paradox to me; I have been laid off 3 times in the past 6 years, I can’t pay my debtors. \u00a0However, we are living in the nicest house we have ever lived in. \u00a0We have access to more satellite channels than we have ever had, We are driving a nice car with leather seats. We also have a family gym membership, we have more food than we need and \u00a0we have three smart phones. \u00a0 I do believe all of this was and is provided by God. \u00a0Because I haven’t had a job to provide these things. \u00a0 Mostly our extended family has had the means to help us out.<\/p>\n
I believe if more people would just get down on their knees the economy would improve. \u00a0And my situation would improve too. \u00a0 \u00a0I also believe the lives of my friends and family will improve.<\/p>\n
The tough thing is for those of us on the believing side we can never prove to the less believing side. \u00a0They have to want to find and follow God themselves. \u00a0But until these folks are desperate they will not turn to God. \u00a0 \u00a0Unfortunately\u00a0I think it is going to have to get much worse for people to choose to change for the good.<\/p>\n
I am praying for us all to have faith, look to God and live.<\/p>\n
