Here it the end of January and I haven’t written anything this month. \u00a0I had grand plans to write down resolutions and plans for the year. \u00a0Never too late to start I guess. \u00a0One of my constant goals is to\u00a0exercise 4 times a week. \u00a0I started today. \u00a0even though I haven’t been too consistent the last few months. \u00a0I have managed to get one or two runs in a week. \u00a0The last couple of weeks I am surprised how well the runs went and how long I was able to keep my heart rate down. \u00a0There is always my business goals but I need to write those down before they get on here.<\/p>\n
I am almost finished with my Project Management Class. It has been very enlightening. \u00a0I am also not ready to take the exam that goes with the class. \u00a0I will be studying for a couple of extra weeks before I take the test. \u00a0 It has taken most of my normal working time to take the class over the past couple of months. \u00a0I am looking forward to getting back into full time networking mode. \u00a0There really is much opportunity to be had.<\/p>\n
So much has happened over the past month. \u00a0On the 12th there was a devastating Earthquake in Haiti. \u00a0Those poor people were poor before and now things have even gotten worse for them. \u00a0Hundreds of thousands have died and millions are without proper food or shelter. \u00a0I really feel helpless as I read stories and see pictures. \u00a0While my contribution is pretty pathetic all I can do is pray.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
