It was interesting to hear some Buddist philosophy.  I agree with the Dalai Lama that our main objective in this life is to find happiness.  I also like that he differentiates between happiness and pleasure.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I believe pleasure can be a great motivator especially if experienced in moderation in the appropriate circumstances. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I also like the Dalai Lama&#8217;s philosophy that we are ultimately responsible for our own happiness and that we need to avoid blaming others for our suffering.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I finished this book in one day.
