The first time in two weeks.  My arms were a bit sore to start off.  I only swam 2000 meters.<br \/>\n10 x 100m<br \/>\n2x(50 x 100 x 200 x 100 x 50) m<\/p>\n<p>I did something different and ran about half way to the pool which is about a mile.<br \/>\nThe extra distance from yards to meters is mentally hard to adjust to.<br \/>\nIt sure feels good later though.<\/p>\n<p>Liz and Charles had a meeting today with a company that will help Charles find a job for a fee.  I watched the kids.  I was trying to help Daniel with his homework, but the rest of the kids were distracting.<\/p>\n<p>Still job hunting.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Today I swam again.
